Withdrawal and Dismissal

  1. The Principal reserves the right for admission and withdrawal.
  2. The school is fully authorized to dismiss the students whose diligence or progress in studies is dissatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  3. Immorality, grave in subordination or contempt of authority is always a sufficient reason for immediate dismissal.
  4. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
  5. Report of violence in any form in and outside the school shall result in the restication of the pupil concerned.
  6. A clear calender month's notice in writing or a month's fee in lieu there of must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
  7. All dues must have to be cleared before the T.G. is issued. In respect of withdrawal in April/May, the fee for June will also be charged.
  8. Leave application should be sent in advance in case of absence from the school. The name of the pupil will be removed from the rolls after six day's continuous absence. The pupil concerned may be re admitted on payment of Rs. 1500/• as readmission charges.
  9. If any student of classes IXth to Xllth remains absent for four consecutive days without the consent of the Parents and permission Of the Principal without notice, he/she will be suspended.
  10. In case the conduct of the pupil's Parents/Guardians is injurious to The moral tone of the school, the pupil is liable to be dismissed.
